ZeroNet Notification Banners difficult to click on mobile Firefox

* ZeroNet version: 0.6.0
* Operating system: Android 8.1
* Web browser: Firefox

Same problem as [zeronet.io/#28](https://github.com/HelloZeroNet/zeronet.io/issues/28) which has now been fixed. Same fix may be required.

### Steps to reproduce:

* On ZeroHello, click a ⋮ character next to a ZeroNet site and hit 'delete'.
* A confirmation notification will appear. Try to hit Delete button on the notification.
* Find that `:hover` state is activated, and the button lights up, but you can never actually press it.
* Site is never deleted.
