Versioning and Releases?

This project is going fairly well, and working fairly consistently... I was wondering if it was appropriate to suggest if it might be time to see it on PyPI?

`Distutils` takes most of the work out of getting it packaged to be able to be installed via `pip`.

Of course, that'd mean making use of version numbers, and probably milestones to decide when a version is ready...
