Describe the problem:
Internal error: TypeError. actionSiteSetLimit() takes exactly 3 arguments (2 given)
UiWebsocket.py line 81 > UiWebsocket.py line 256 > UiWebsocket.py line 333 > UiWebsocket.py line 260

#### Steps to reproduce:
This may be hard to reproduce, I've only seen it twice, usually when downloading a site.

#### Expected Results:

Start by reviewing UiWebsocket.py at lines 81, 256, 260, and 333, then inspect debug-last.log and debug.log for the failing download context. Try reproducing the error while downloading a site and confirm the TypeError no longer occurs.
