Description
I want to host a git repository on ZeroNet. And I want to host hooks there. I mean, git expects hooks to have *executable* flag, and ZeroNet doesn't handle these flags. How can I fix that? Maybe add another entry to `content.json`?

Research direction
Start by reviewing ZeroNet's handling of content.json, repository files, and Git hooks to determine where executable file modes are lost. Check whether content.json already represents file modes or whether the issue needs a broader storage change; done means establishing and documenting a working way to preserve executable hooks.
