PWA to get Add To Homescreen functionality on phones and make zites look more like Apps

Also, I know that you can already add sites to your homescreen. But making it a PWA will remove the address bar, put them into seperate windows, and add a splash screen. I also think I read somewhere that they will also be put into the App Drawer in the future.

This would require Service Worker support also, I believe.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the web client and checking the project's current support for an app manifest and service worker; done would mean a zite can be added to a phone home screen, open without the address bar, and provide the proposed app-like behavior and splash screen.
