Suggestion - Add a vote move or delete to ZeroTalk

Many visitors didn't read the rules or just post Ads everywhere which is annoying. Especially I felt shame to watch those people ignore other peoples' feeling and post Chinese stuff on the main section. Just wondering it's possible to add an admin or a vote hide (move or delete) the posts or replies function?
