Markdown in profile bios isn't parsed until a user's merger site is downloaded

I don't believe there's any reasoning behind this, and it's likely just a bug, but a user's profile containing markdown doesn't have that markdown parsed until that user's merger site is downloaded.

This causes their profile bio to look like a bit of a mess until a download for the merger site their account is hosted on starts.

Reproduce the issue with a profile bio containing Markdown, both before and after the user's merger site is downloaded. Trace the profile rendering and merger-site download flow; done means the bio is rendered as Markdown before any download begins.
