Flatpak RC4 doesn't launching

I installed flatpak package from discord and it doesn't launching.
Arch Linux, Niri, Wayland

Start with desktop/src/render/state.rs at line 36 and reproduce the failure using `env RUST_BACKTRACE=full flatpak run art.graphite.Graphite`. Trace why the selected NVIDIA Vulkan adapter leaves the indexed collection empty, then verify that the Flatpak application launches without the panic on the reported Arch Linux, Wayland, and GPU setup.
