Mouse cursor disappears on Debian

## Description
The cursor gets all disappeared from the viewport in certain tool modes. The
Artboard tool will show the cursor if it is directly over an artboard but not in
the general viewport. Additionally the selection tool cursor disappears when
moving the cursor to the edge of a shape (i.e. the bounding box)

## Steps to reproduce
1. Open a new document
2. Select any of the following tools:
- Artboard
- Zoom
- Line
- Rectangle
- Ellipse
- Shape Tool
- Selection Tool (Move cursor to grab or resize shape)
3. Observe the error

## Expected behavior
The cursor remains visible when selecting different tools.
