Avoid text-justify: inter-character in website

I'm opening this to discuss avoiding `text-justify: inter-character` on the website. On mobile, especially around unbreakable inline code, some justification can become a bit absurd.

Also, fwiw, this design person disagrees with it entirely: https://practicaltypography.com/justified-text.html, bottom section. Not sure what exactly I think, but it was at least a tad bit distracting while going through the contributor guide a while back.
