Descrizione
Composer now supports Airflow 2.9.1, dependencies for those samples and the corresponding constraints file (see info about constraints file [here](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/installation/installing-from-pypi.html) can be updated. Note that constraints files are mapped to Python versions so if #12095 is completed, we may have to think about how to handle that
