privateca/snippets test(s) are failing

#### Description

After the dependency upgrades in #8919 one or more tests under [privateca/snippets][1] fail in Java 11 ([sponge][s11]) and Java 17 ([sponge][s17]).

Based on the errors it is hard to identify reason(s) for the errors. All tests are suspended (ignored).
