Add a distribute computing batch example

Create a sample that shows how to take advantage of Cloud Batch for distributed computation examples where nodes talk to each other in a low latency network. The example will will run multiple copies that pass partial results back and forth and may require using [MPI](https://www.open-mpi.org/), an HPC library.
