StaticLinkageChecker to show compatible/incompatible Maven artifact for linkage errors

As of now, investigating errors in static linkage report are not straightforward. This is partly because StaticLinkageChecker shows the linkage errors without expected version from the source

From this output, the reader is not sure what version of log4j the source (grpc-netty-shaded-1.17.1.jar) is expecting.

This ticket is to include the information of expected and actual versions. The enhanced output will look like:
