Description
where possible to read from pom.xml, possibly direct to issue tracker. There should be an issueTracker URL in the pom.xml but often isn't. For Github can derive from other known URLs.
Real question is how to go from a Dependency, DependencyNode, or artifact to the pom.xml or model.
