Roughly

1. Follow/don't follow (include/don't include?) optional dependencies
2. Follow/don't follow (include/don't include?) provided dependencies

Needs a little more planning to figure out what we need/want here.

先檢視 pom.xml 和現有的 Enforcer 規則設定。釐清 optional 和 provided 相依性是否應分別納入或排除，記錄所需的設定語意，並在確認實作與測試位置之前確認計畫。
