JLBP-15 should show an example of how to use/import a BOM

[JLBP-15](https://jlbp.dev/JLBP-15.html) says:

> Consumers of a multi-module library import the library’s BOM in their own `` section and omit the versions from the specific modules they import.

There should be an example showing details like using `import` and `pom`, or else at least a reference to other documentation of how to import a BOM (like [this](https://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-dependency-mechanism.html#Importing_Dependencies)).

開啟 issue 中連結的 JLBP-15 頁面，並找出其中關於匯入多模組函式庫 BOM 的指引。新增一個涵蓋所要求匯入詳細資訊的具體 dependencyManagement 範例，或新增 Maven dependency mechanism 文件的參照；當頁面說明 consumer 如何匯入 BOM 時，即視為完成。
