Remap adas tar file to C12

Description
Hi People,
I understand that remap_restart.py is used to regrid from HISTORY output.
However, here is a already remapped file that I want to start with
/discover/nobackup/projects/gmao/dadev/rtodling/archive/Restarts/5_44/c360/rs/Y2025/M11/c360.rst.20251128_21z.tar
I used remap_restart.py, but find the import file content was not changed, although lat-lon bkg and the internal files are regridded.
So I wonder: can someone try and provide a source code/script to regrid every file in this tar to C12, including
- bkg
- bkg sfc
- internal
- import
It is worth trying for a practice at least!
Some examples are:
/discover/nobackup/projects/gmao/dadev/rtodling/archive
./Restarts/5_42/cmd
./Restarts/5_29/Jul23/central/New/C360CS_f5295_fp.20230714_21z.CMD
But they are for remapping from CS output, not from an already regridded tar file.
