Research direction

Start by inspecting the YoungsCoppersmithMFD implementation and compare its m_cli handling with the GR MFD correction in pull request #108. Use the supplied demo-pre-fix.pdf and the reported stabilization near m_cli≈4.0 to verify that occurrence rates no longer vary incorrectly while the total moment rate remains unchanged.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Like the double-truncated GR MFD (before the recent correction in #108), occurrence rates for MFDs of type YoungsCoppersmithMFD change depending on the specified lower magnitude bound of the MFD (m_cli, formerly m_min). The total moment rate stays the same and thus the rates for each magnitude bin are slightly increased for higher values of m_cli. Also like the GR MFD, the rates seem to stabilize at m_cli~4.0.

I am in the process of a PR to correct this.
