[Bug]: 1.0.0登录窗口无法打开

Reproduce the issue in the desktop app on Windows 11 with version 1.0.0: open the device-and-links area, close the email login window, and try to open it again. Trace the login window lifecycle and identify why the second launch fails. Done means the email login window can be reopened and login completed after being closed.
