ios app crashing on Authorise

## Issue

The app crashes on authorise with the following error log:

`Jan 11 10:45:49 Andrews-Air com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimDevice.9C7C7AD2-A83D-4558-BBC5-C797E719DEB4[28153] (UIKitApplication:[c0e8][rb-legacy][29095]): Service exited due to SIGABRT
`

This is happening when I add my own Azure B2C configs and happens on both the example app and my own app that implements this package.

## Environment

* **Your Identity Provider**: `e.g.Azure B2C`
* **Platform that you're experiencing the issue on**: `tested on iOS, probably both`
* **Are you using Expo?** No

Start by reproducing the SIGABRT during authorisation in the example app with the reported Azure B2C configuration, then compare it with the reporter's app. Check the iOS crash output and configuration path; done means both the example app and a consuming app complete authorisation without crashing.
