Infinite loop of "Safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet..." when authenticating through Okta

## Issue

For users with devices issued from our organization, they experience an infinite loop when authenticating through Okta. The tunneling software for those phones automatically logs the user in via Okta, bypassing the email/password auth screen. Unfortunately, the Safari browser opens `.okta.com` and infinitely refreshes the web address. Safari kicks this back as a "...your iPhone is not connected to the internet..." error.

This issue does not occur for normal iPhones when authenticating with email/password.
