Beschreibung
Githublo should act according to the next algorithm:
1. Read configuration file written in Clojure (#4).
2. Get issues from the sources mentioned in it.
3. Use the functions `GithubIssue -> UniqueId` and `TrelloCard -> UniqueId` to match the issues from the both source kinds. These functions should be defined in the configuration file (#19).
4. Combine the objects existing in both sources by id and pass it to the user-configurable function (#20).
5. This function should return actions such as creation and updating of the objects.
