### Description

The `thollander/actions-comment-pull-request` action reports a warning about Node20 deprecation ([example](https://github.com/FlowFuse/CloudProject/actions/runs/32051693967)). Based on the activity in the [project's repository](https://github.com/thollander/actions-comment-pull-request/issues), it seems like this action is no longer maintained.

The goal of this task is to replace `thollander/actions-comment-pull-request` with a solution that supports Node24.
