The new coming PRs such as #14 don't run travis CI.
Two problems there are:
1. [.travis.yml](https://github.com/Flow-Launcher/Flow.Launcher.JsonRPC.Python/blob/master/.travis.yml) is using my personal account, but this project is belonging to an organization.
2. travis-ci.org is ceased. Copy from travis-ci.org.
> Since June 15th, 2021, the building on [travis-ci.org](http://www.travis-ci.org/) is ceased. Please use [travis-ci.com](http://www.travis-ci.com/) from now on.
It is time to use github action.
