Add function to fix/reorder grid if detJ<0 for 2d cells

Two alternatives,

1) Give as an argument to read_ferrite_grid to check and fix grid
2) Add extra function that does this on an existing `Ferrite.Grid` (and fixes facetsets as well then)

(should be easy translation since we just flip the node order, possibly a bit more tricky for higher order elements?)
