[DefElement page](https://defelement.org/elements/hermite.html); `src/hermite.jl` has the `STATUS: BLOCKED` notes.
Cubic element with value and gradient DOFs at the vertices. The gradient DOFs transform with the cell geometry and are shared between cells.
