Figure out how to disable the wireless on the Raspberry Pi (and Make It So)

We are not allowed to have active wireless communication on the robot during the competition. Need to disable the wireless on the raspberry pi so it only works on the wired connection.

The googleverse knows how to do this. If you want to do some research and post a link in the issue comments that would move the issue along.
