Research and write a design note about the proximity sensor

This sensor provides a voltage that we maybe can read from a pin on the Rio.

Collaborate with electrical and figure out if that might work. (voltage ranges would need to be compatible, otherwise electrical will need to provide a voltage divider)

The sensor also requires some "calibration". We need to figure out if that "sticks" between power interruptions. I think it might be difficult to calibrate it every time we power it on.
