Commander kills reported to rabbitmq always zero

I recently started ignoring the `score` results that report commander kills because it could mess with the 1v1 rating override. We should probably add them back in somehow, but take care to keep them separate from the other scores. Either that or remove the commander kills from the rabbitmq message.
