## Context of the issue
This issue is related to #588 and #587. We found some computationally expensive unit tests in which MINST dataset are fitted in TPOT object or an expensive pipeline may randomly cause freezing in CI test only in python 2.7.
## Possible fix
Refine these unit test to make them fit on a small dataset.
