Nested CV with TPOT

Hello everyone,

I'd like to apply nested CV in the TPOT process specifically because I have a small dataset (N=50) and want to get as unbiased results as possible. Any idea how nested CV could be implemented in the TPOT process? Example code would be super appreciated! Computational increase due to this method is no problem for me because dataset is small and eitherway i'll be running TPOT on the university's cluster computing.
