RL Support?

## Context of the issue
Not an issue, more a question/feature request. I'm very new to deep learning, however i like the approach tpot uses for programmatically attempting to find optimal parameters and such. I'm curious if tpot could be extended to help identify reinforcement learning parameters as well. I presume this would include trying different weights and layer combinations to identify which seem to optimize the score the best.
