files can't be read in from within mslp (on linux)

Create a script that reads in a file
read('..//config.yml')
shove it in an MSLP
All of a sudden it can't find the file.

Reproduce the reported Linux behavior from the issue's script: read('..//config.yml') and then place it in an MSLP. First determine how file paths are resolved inside MSLP; done means the file can be read there as it is outside MSLP.
