Command Blocks don't work with CommandBook TP command with decimals

Command Block works if you use exact numbers on the command, but if it's using some decimals, like 1.5 30 111, it wont work with CommandBook.

在 Minecraft 命令方块中使用 1.5 30 111 之类的小数坐标，重现 issue 中的 CommandBook TP 命令。跟踪命令处理入口点，找出小数参数在哪个位置被拒绝，然后验证命令方块接受小数坐标形式，同时精确数字坐标仍能正常工作。
