Ability to change the format of /me

My players have recently decided that /me is fun to use That I am fine with i don't wish to take it away from them I do however wish to stop the white text eye rape it creates and make it some thing else that suits my chat colors better.

After looking in the config i was unable to see a way to change the format of it in the messages section.

Ideally it should have a place holder for the name as well as normal color support.

Start at the /me command and the messages configuration section, since the issue says the format is not currently exposed there. Done means providing a configurable /me format with a name placeholder and normal color support.
