Description
It'd be nice to have all content available in multiple languages. This being a static site, we'll need to research how this would be done.
Perhaps like Bitcoin Core, we could use a service like Transifex to allow users to contribute translations.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the static site's content structure and build or deployment setup to determine how translated versions could be represented. Research a contributor workflow for translations, including the suggested Transifex approach. Done means all site content can be served in multiple languages and users have a documented way to contribute translations.
