In GUI, allow using "satoshi" decimal value (8th) when sending asset

Say I want to send 1 L-CAD via the GUI, I need to do this: 0.00000001

I am afraid that eventually I will do a mistake and send 10 times the amount! (0.0000001)

It would be nice to have the option to have the "assets sats", like it is currently possible with L-BTC as L-SAT.
