Compilation failed

I'm currently trying to compile the latest release of the Elements Project for Windows on Linux.

When compiling (make), however, the following error occurs:

why this ?

Start by reproducing the reported failure with make and inspect util/time.cpp at lines 85, 96, and 107, where gmtime_r is called. Check the platform-specific build context for compiling the Windows target on Linux; done means the latest release compiles successfully without these errors.
