Remove delimiters in hashes

## Feature Request

**Description**
It isn’t clear to whether any delimiters are used between parameters of hashes. If so, we should be clear of exactly what the delimiters are and how they are used.

**Proposed Solution**

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First locate the hash construction and parameter serialization in the C++ implementation, then clarify the intended delimiter-free format and compatibility requirements with maintainers. Done means the hash inputs are unambiguous and the behavior is covered by tests.
