Reproducible Builds

At IzzyOnDroid we support [Reproducible Builds](https://izzyondroid.org/about/security/ReproducibleBuilds/). Would you be interested to have Learn covered by that? If yes, we'd need to know the Flutter version you use for each release. For starters and a first test, you could name the one you've used for the last release – for future releases, we'd need to evaluate that automatically then, e.g. by you specifying it with your `pubspec.yaml`:

```yaml
environment:
sdk: ">=3.2.0 <4.0.0"
flutter: 3.29.5
```

(of course put in the version you use then, and keep it in sync with your builds).

We'd appreciate if you could help making your build reproducible. We've also prepared some [RB Hints for Developers](https://izzyondroid.org/docs/reproducibleBuilds/RBDevHints/) for that.
