Feature Request : Adding Splash Screen.

**Description:**

There is a need to add a splash screen to the Learn repository to improve the user experience and provide a more polished look and feel to the application upon startup.

**Expected Behavior:**

1. The app should display a splash screen when it is launched.
2. The splash screen should show the app's logo and possibly a tagline or loading indicator.
3. The splash screen should be displayed for a brief period before transitioning to the main app content.

**Benefits:**

1. Enhances the visual appeal and professionalism of the app.
2. Provides users with a brief, engaging experience while the app is loading.
3. Sets the tone and branding for the app right from the start.
