error in build docker

Hi everyone
I get an error when building docker and unfortunately I don't know what the problem is. The error is:

I would be grateful if you guided me through this.

Inizia dalla riga 10 del Dockerfile e dal file certificate-auth copiato Files/ea002e626aee6bc6643e8ab5f998e5e4, quindi leggi il passaggio CESM's ./manage_externals/checkout_externals. Esegui nuovamente docker build e verifica che il checkout esterno di chem_proc venga completato senza l'errore di certificato SVN segnalato.
