アップデート時の.htaccessへの注意を追記

EC-CUBEのバージョンアップ手順で、htmlをそのまま上書きすると.htaccessを上書きしてしまう可能性がある。
.htaccessをカスタマイズしている場合のバックアップについても明記すべきかも。
