We're currently ignoring TCB info checks. And running this relies on a host with pccs established or requires activating Intel's PCS Service. We should instead try out automata on chain pccs as a way of obtaining the TCB infos
- [ ] get TCB infos from on chain pccs
- [ ] check TCB info status on request
- [ ] verify intermediate certificates can be gotten without needing PCS
