This is a "bring your own key manager". https://github.com/amiller/dstack-replicatoor
Once it's "enshrined" with from the base image (i.e., merged into [(github)](https://github.com/Dstack-TEE/dstack) it would make more sense to be removed from toplevel and simply added here
