Groupboxes for Options window.

- "Search Behavior"
This has groupboxes for "When to search" (Search on Enter or Search when typing) and "How to search" (Beginning of text entry or Anywhere in text entry; see #1)
- "View + Formatting"
Has groupboxes for both UI stuff (the "View" groupbox) and output text formatting (see #4)
- "Entity File Location + Updates"
Contains a groupbox for updating the entity/character code XML file (the groupbox in the Options window now) as well as one to choose to use a built-in (`My.Resources`) one, one next to the program, one updated from the Internet, or one from another folder (see #2 and #3).

Start by reviewing the existing Options window and the related requirements in issues #1, #2, #3, and #4. The work is complete when the specified Search Behavior, View + Formatting, and Entity File Location + Updates groupboxes are represented in the Options window.
