Create: Initial Express Server Setup

Set up the initial Express server with the following configurations:

1. Import the necessary modules:

- EXPRESS for creating the server
- CORS for enabling Cross-Origin Resource Sharing
- DOTENV for loading enviroment variables

2. Initialize and Express application.

3. Apply middleware:

- Use CORS middleware to handle CORS

4. Configure the server to listen on a port:

- The PORT should be taken from the enviroment variables, with a fallback to '3002' but basic '3000' if not specified

5. Add a simple message to log when 'the server is running'.
