New feature: A DLS icon to show ring status

I'd like an icon (or similar) to indicate when the ring has stored energy available.

This would update automatically. Maybe redirect to a status page too.

No file, test, or entry point is named. First clarify how ring energy status is exposed and whether redirecting to a status page is in scope, then locate the existing icon or component patterns. Done means the ring-status indicator updates automatically and its navigation behavior is agreed and verified.
