Record dose for each movie as measured during acquisition

This isn't used for processing but could be used to evaluate ice thickness

Start by tracing how acquisition metadata is represented and persisted in the Python client-server flow; the issue names no files, tests, or entry point. Determine where measured dose should be recorded and how it can be accessed for ice-thickness evaluation. Done means a dose value is captured for each movie during acquisition and is available for that evaluation without affecting processing.
